Do not sign up for consolidation with Rockwell. They will charge you a fortune in fees and not live up to what they promise. I had to pay 2 of the creditors in full on my own (over $14,000), I had to pay over the 4 years of my contract because they waited until after the 4 years to negotiate, so therefore I had to pay fees for months after I signed up for. I went 2 years without any contact. I would NEVER sign up for them again. Promised me one thing and I ended up paying more than I would have had I just paid this toward my credit cards. SCAM!
Desired outcome: I don't think i should have to pay the fees beyond the signed 4 year contract. Now that my contract is up and they have not upheld their end of the bargain, I feel there should be no fees going forward.
