Rocktown Remodeling review: Contractor

One year and four months ago we signed into a contract with Rocktown Remodeling they took my first payment of $53,000 and never touched my home for almost a year. My second installment was due at start of construction $32,000 so we paid when construction started then he wanted more money and had not even finished my roof my third installment was not due until my home was framed out completely with windows,doors and siding. He held my home and roof hostage until I gave him more so now I've paid him $110,000 and have some framing and roof. He will not contact me back and now I have found out that he has not paid anyone the framers, excavators, for any lumber the roofer not anyone. They are now coming after me for all the money they are owed by him. The lumber company has placed a mechanics lean on my home and the roofer is too if I don't pay him by Friday. I do not want them to be able to do this to anyone else ever. Unfortunately I have learned of five other families this company has done this way. They stole lumber from my yard for my project to use on other projects and the lumber company is billing me for roofing materials used on someone else's project because the roofer himself supplied materials for our project. They are criminals scammers and should not be allowed to get away with this embezzling.
