I purchased a part for my Jeep from his ebay store. This man calls himself an "expert" when choosing what you need for your vehicle. He sent me a part that didn't fit on my Jeep, and when I contacted him about it, he told me that it was the right part and should fit. I explained that when the part was installed, my tailgate wouldn't close. He told me to force it, even the part he sent me looked nothing like the one I was replacing, and I provided him with photos of the old part. I even took time to go to a Jeep dealership to make sure I was correct, and they assured me that it was the wrong part. Then, he asked me to send photos of the Jeep and he would try to figure out what was wrong. I did this, just to keep the peace, however, he kept insisting the new one should work (I guess the real Jeep experts were wrong too). His auctions specify "no refunds', however, if you don't know what you're doing and send the wrong part, you should stand by your products and word as a businessman.

He finally promised a refund, in writing so I returned the item a week ago, but he refuses to acknowledge my emails which question when the refund will be issued. This has been going on for a month now. When I went back into ebay and read some of his complaints, I found other buyers who were refused refunds as well. Some lost a few hundred dollars. I wish I had read his feedback before dealing with him.

I have had to file a complaint with paypal and ebay, to try to settle this dispute. The first time they contacted him, he declined to settle this. He has a few more days to respond again, however, I have the feeling that I will never see this money and he is nothing more than a common thief. I guess he's not very successful and really needs my money.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this business...I have spent countless hours trying to get this resolved.
