We bought a couch in august 2020 and we were promised delivery on the 1 st of october 2020 as we moved into our new home then. This was promised by the brooklyn branch in pretoria. On 1 october there was no delivery. We contacted the branch and they informed that there was no stock available. Out of anger and frustration we cancelled our order and we requested a refund. We waited and again ordered the same couch from the parkview branch as we did not trust the brooklyn branch as they previously when ordering the couch and showed us they had stock. Like brooklyn, parkview indicated they had stock and very easily took our money for the couch and again promised to deliver the couch on 16 october. That date came and gone, no communication and after almost 50 telephone calls we received our couch on 9 november. We received it without it being mastergaurded. We paid for the couch to be mastergaurded before delivery. Up to today the couch has still not been mastergaurded and its been standing in our home getting dirty for almost a month. Again no communication, have lodged several complaints (dear customer.

Kind regards customer care [protected]), waisted a lot of my own money to make calls and still have not received the product I paid for. Do not buy from rochester!! Absolutely ridiculous service!
