Last October 27, 2023 my SSS pension has entered into my account and on the following day Oct. 28 I checked I noticed that more than 1k was missing and on October 29 I checked it again I found out that the whole amount of November remittance was gone. I immediately reported to the RCBC customer care service by email and advised me to call their hotline number 63 2 [protected] for urgent matters. So I called that hotline number and a male service personnel received my call asking questions concerning the authenticity of ownership of the said account the last question was how many money apps were being connected to the account and I answered only ONE only Gcash. And asked me to wait for a few seconds and he'll be back right away but unfortunately, it took so long that my CP load was already consumed. So I wrote again to the RCBC customer care service if I wanted my account suspension would be lifted. So I called again and the same question was asked from my previous call but offered no clear answer of when the suspension of my account should be lifted. Until this moment no updates of what happened to my reported issue of my missing SSS remittance. I'M asking your good office to help me settle my predicament concerning my bank problem. This is the only source of my income that sustains my food and my daily needs. PLEASE NEED YOUR HELP URGENTLY!
Desired outcome: if possible to return the amount missing and lifting the suspension of my account urgently.
