Riu Guanacasta review: Hotel

I am extremely disappointed at my recent stay. 1 - when we arrived I said I lost my card but I have my class number they said they didn't need it I would get my points. Well I didn't. 2- We booked because website said there was a casino - it was closed. 3- walked to the water park - it was closed - no sign by front door. Have respect - put up a sign. 4 - It took 4 days to get seltzer for the room - that was after we asked the front desk manager and waited for 1/2 hour. I don't know that I would stay in a Riu again - this was my 4th time - and the worst. I did not book thru Riu I booked thru vacations to go.
