RipeHearts.com / Be Naughty review: Dating app

I have limited experiential knowledge in many areas due to having had my husband take care of everything most of my adult life until he unexpectedly passed away. Therefore, I am just now catching charges on my bank account that date back to August 2022, from two sister companies, "ripehearts.com" and "be naughty".

I have no clue what these companies actually do, but I did call the customer service number that I found in a Google search for ripehearts.com. The customer service number I called is [protected]. I was connected with a man who was very rude and completely unwilling to help me in any way. I requested to speak with his manager because the answering representative adamantly claimed to be unable to refund the charges. In response to my requesting a higher level person to speak with the representative claimed himself to be the only person who would speak to me and that he is the boss. After several times of asking for a refund or to be transferred to someone else, I hung up.

I'm a single, widowed, mom of two, living in rural Texas who has no family and no resources, and will greatly appreciate any and all help in getting these egregious charges refunded!
