Rick Krebs claims to be an industry expert, when in fact he is not. He used to work at my company and stole clients, contracts, and everything else in order to profit himself. We are in the process of filing both a civil suit and a criminal suit with the Attorney Generals office against Rick and his company for fraud and money laundering.
ANY BUSINESS THAT HE HAS SOLD OR IS SELLING WILL BE LISTED IN OUR LAWSUIT IN ORDER TO GET DAMAGES!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have done business with Rick in buying a business. He was just wonderful as a broker. He did everything and more as a broker to make sure the deal was a great fit and made it very smooth and easy for me to go through the complex process of buying the business. He went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable and clear about the whole process. He also told me at that time that he was having problems with his Boss and may be forced to leave the company, because he did not want to follow some unethical practices of that company. So if any of you have any questions please feel free to contact me or Rick himself. You will be amazed by his professionalism. It is too bad that such unprofessional and unethical Bosses are still around in business ...to back stab their old employees.

Whatever Rick you totally screwed me and my business. & you stole clients from Business Resource Center. You have no ethics and business owners should not trust you! You wont hear about the charges until there arresting you at your office, they don't give you the heads up Rick! If you contact the Attorney Generals Office of Utah you can add to the case that is pending against Rick and his wife Heather, I know this because i already have.

This guy is a total [censored] bag. met him once and went with another firm. The advertises on KSL full time and tells his clients he advertises worldwide. Don't be surprised when your business doesn't sell, my advice is go with a better firm!
