Rices Home Maintenance (Pty) Ltd review: Shower grouting 1

We called in the services of Rice's Home Maintenance (Pty) Ltd to regrout the shower a few months ago. He sent on of his workers out to do the job. Not long after the work was done the shower floor grouting started discolouring and fading again. I called Rice Vengai who is the owner of the company. I advised him no waterproofing was done over the grouting as I have discovered subsequently that this needed to be done by them on completion of the job. He played dumb, as he was unaware whether it was done or not. He agreed to come have a look and on several times never pitched although he made arrangements with me. When I'd call or message him he would have poor excuses. He eventually sent out a laborer, who in turn sent some one else to clean up the mess. Reggy made an even bigger mess. Rice said Tino would be out to fix it. Needless to say, just like Rice, Tino made arrangements and would not pitch. When I called Rice to about this he again made all sorts of excuses. He and Tino arrived Thursday morning, patched up here and there instead of redoing the whole floor of the shower. He said Tino would be back on Friday, which was yesterday to do the sealer. Since then it was one excuse after the other, the last excuse being they were waiting on funds from another job in order to buy the products. I told him this isn't what he initially said and that we could not be inconvenienced due to their financial challenges. He got rude and told me to wait, Tino would do it today. This afternoon I had to message him again and the end result is he blocked me on whatsapp. I just had a feeling the job would never be completed as they were supposed to have done right from the start.
