We bought a car from Riaan Koen motors on the 12th of March 2014 for R65 500.We only received the papers for the car on the 12th of July 2014.The model of the car was a 2003 in the showroom and when we received the papers it shows that it is a 2001 model.I found out what the price of the 2001 model is for that car and the value of that car is R26400.The car has a lot of faults on it and we give them a list of all the faults but the car was there 3times for fixing and everytime it comes back with new faults and some of the old problems are not fixed.I e-mailed them about their poor service and they told me to bring in the car on Saturday 12.07 to put in the tape of the car and put new tyres on the car.When we got their he sent us to Formula 1 to put the tyres on and the owner of Formula told me that he only put one tyre on the car and that he is going to them and sort out the problem because he wanted 4 tyres for the car.When the owner came back from Riaan Koen he told me that he said that they must put second hand tyres on my car and I refused because that wasnt the arrangement he made with me.
I need their contact details. I got the same incident. and he keeps on changing his address so that he can run away from his problems
I had the exact incident. This Company_RIAAN KOEN MUST BE STOPPED, does anyone have details of where they are now.
I tried another email adress riaan@rkoenmotors.co.za and since then I did not receive any bounce backs. I hope I get some feedback or I will personally have to go to his place of work and find out why I am being ignored. Very unprofessional and I thought that my nightmare ended, I will enver recommend anyone to Riaan Koen, he is a schemer and a liar.
I am trying to get hold of Riaan Koen Motors on the number I have since I bought a car from them a few years ago. And the number just rings, do they still exist? This is the number I have been trying [protected] and my emails keep bouncing back.
