This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I contacted Revoltion Eyewear regarding replacement of the magentic sunglass attachement for my eyeglasses. Their customer service is absolutely NO help and refused to answer the simple availability question. The customer service rep was absolutely no help unless you are part of their secret club.

If you are looking for eyewear avoid at all costs using this eyewear company.

Here's one for you I have been wearing glasses for 44 years since I was 8. These are the worse glasses I have ever purchased. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND

If I could give them zero stars I would.

Absolutely terrible scratch resistant? NO

When you try on glasses punch yourself in the face in the office because if there floor model breaks...oops. this is the first time I didnt do this.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND THEY DONT HAVE ANY CLUE HOW TO MAKE GLASSES THAT LAST

IF YOU WANT DISPOSABLE GLASSES

I got a pair of glasses and my dog chewed up the temples of them I have tried to contact them as well as their distributors and all I can get is that I have to purchase an entire new frame...I am very regretful that I purchased them...it would be different if the frame did not cost over $100...I am amazed that they don’t offer replacement parts for as expensive as their frames are...

My only problem with there frames is that the coating peels off. I have had 3 frames due to the coating peeling off. I have worn glasses for about 27 years now and these are the only frames that have done that. The first replacement was through the place I bought them from. For the second replacement I contacted Revolution directly through email. They did sound like they were implying that I was using something on them but I don't work with chemicals. The only thing I use on them is eye glass cleaner and sometimes soap and water. In the end the replaced the frame for me of course it's peeling off again. oh well

They will work with the customer but only after a long fight with the customer service people. It's a battle but once you talk to the VP you get results. Go-optic sucks keeps telling me my replacement sunglasses will be in next week. I go a hold of the VP of sales at Revolution and he said the manufacturer won't be able to ship until February (It's november now.) I'm not happy with Revolution or Go-Optic and looking for someone who replacement sunglasses. I bought a set a few years ago so I know they are available someplace else.

There is no secret club, they are a manufacturer. They sell frames to optical stores. Call an optical retailer to order. Should be very simple.
