Cement work
Oct 30th ...Pavement uneven, rough spots...waves and dips all over driveway we got shorted on concrete suppose to have been 20 yards we only got 18 yds. One of the guys showed up hungover. We have a big glob of cement by our fence didn't even try to smooth it over left wire all over our yard...needs to be out of business
Concrete work
Done badly. Uneven rough going downhill one inch concrete in the middle.falling apart edges. Sand washing away looks like moon surface . Sand not tap on one pad. Not enough concrete ordered. Using mix bagged cement to fill in. Tried blaming concrete company. Had another contractor out he very sick bout it.a blind man could do better. It all has to be done .
I would definitely never give Zach or his company a recommendation. Save your money and find someone else to do the work.
He talks a good line about doing everything and even has you write the details into a contract. The scope of work as written is not held, he has better ideas, and uses every turn to demand more money.
The craftsmanship of the project is less than junior grade, with no pride of doing the job right. An even average/good clean up is a foreign subject. He and his workers destroyed more lawn and landscaping, with no ownership, responsibility and desire to "make it right".
Attempts to reach him after the job were fruitless. He no longer answers the texts or phone calls...yet he was very eager about the money arriving on time, and called regularly.
In summary...poor work, no craftsmanship, and vacant customer service after the payment.
Stay away from Zach and his company.
