Rep said that payment was not verified. I don't trust him
I have purchased software from www.unlock-icloud.com. I got the confirmation that the payment was in process. After 9 days and I emailed the customer services and asked why I still haven’t received the software. The rep responded that the payment was not verified, but he said that it would take 2-3 days and he would send software. 3 days have passed and the rep continued to give promises. I can’t cancel it now, so I can’t get money back and I am afraid that I won’t get anything back from them.

They got money already, but they simply didn't want to provide software
I have ordered software from www.unlock-icloud.com. I have paid with my card and the seller informed me that they needed time, because the payment hasn’t been verified. After a week they told me the same and nothing has happened. I have waited another 3 weeks and called to my bank, but the staff told me that the payment was prompt and there weren’t any problems. This company deceived me.
