www.sysinfotools.com No key and the company didn't provide it

I have purchased Windows software from www.sysinfotools.com. I have received it, but the company forgot to give the key for the program. I couldn’t open it and install, because I didn’t have valid key. Seriously, I emailed them several times and it wasn’t successful at all. I waited for the response couple of weeks and got nothing. I need some help or maybe there are people, who have the same problems. What have you done in such situation?

www.sysinfotools.com Their program was defective, but the staff did help with the problems

I didn’t like the website www.sysinfotools.com. I purchased a program from the website, and payment was prompt. However, the program was defective and I couldn’t use it. It showed errors all the time, as well as it didn’t save my last details. I couple of times already sent emails with the complaints and asked to remove these problems, but the support team tried to avoid my emails and haven’t provided any precise response.

I am totally disagree with you, I purchased a PST recovery tool from them. While repairing the files, I saw one of the important feature missing in that tool. I asked this with the technical team and within an hour, they contacted me back.
As per company policy, they returned my money within a 5 working days. I am totally satisfied with their service.
