www.radio-code.com review: The code was defective and I couldn't use it

I have emailed the staff from www.radio-code.com. I have asked to provide the code, and the code cost me $35. On the next day I got the letter from this company and the code. However, after several attempts I figure out that the code was defective and nothing worked. I tried to email the customer services, but no one replied. Please, help me.
