Wholesalemarine.com WholesaleMarine.com refused to honor the Low Price Guarantee

After waiting eight days for a reply to my email regarding matching a Jabsco Flat Tank Oil Changer SKU # ITT-[protected] lower price at acostmall.com I called Wholesale Marine. They declined matching the price and transferred me to Chad, a supervisor. Chad stated that acostmall.com price was too low to match and that he will rather lose a returning customer than match a low price regardless of the low price guarantee.
It was very disappointing.

Wholesalemarine.com Avoid this people

The company sells boat parts online, but while the web site says that the parts are in stock and ready to ship, they really are not. After you order something, they then order from their supplier, when they actually get it they then ship it to you. They don't actually stock anything. They will send you an email saying that your parts are "special order items" and say it will take an additional 7-10 business days before they will ship to you. I checked again today and the web site still says they have the parts and they are ready to ship. I paid an additional $16.00+ for second day air so that I could get a customers boat fixed on time, and then had to reorder from someone else and pay even more for next day shipping because of these people and their fraudulent business practices. They charge outrageous shipping in the first place, but to still charge even more for expedited shipping knowing all along that the shipping time is going to be weeks is criminal. I am now told that I will have to wait for a refund because it takes time to "process" it. Avoid these people.

It's funny now you want to communicate with me and yes I'm a real customer. My order number was #305. What's worse that I did not include in my original post was that I had to go through PayPal to get my refund. THANK GOD I never closed my dispute in PayPal like you had requested

You know what, I need to bound double shipping fees for your shipment because that.
Did you lose somethings for the order ?
I lose around USD 495.59 for this.
Now who's responsible for my money ? PayPal ? or You ?

But now you make a words a bad story for my company .

I not like your words on this website.
If you not delete or resolve your words on this website, that is okay.
I will hire a lawyer on your country.
We can resolved on Law in Illinois, I can sue you defamation and slander on the internet.

Wholesalemarineequipment.com is a scam... you order something and everything looks great. Then they tell you there was an issue with the documents and since I used paypal they ask you to open a dispute through paypal. I did then they say everything is great and they ask you to close it... well here is the scam if you close it you can no longer open a case against this purchase again (verified with paypal) so they want you to close it and you never hear from them again

A word of warning about a company that I have had very negative dealings with. The name of the company is Wholesale Marine Equipment. They are an off shore company. I ordered something from this company and there were all kinds of excuses about delivery. My order was never delivered and a refund of my money seems very unlikely at this time. The company has cut of all contact and refuses to even acknowledge my emails. I made a mistake trying to deal with these people. Please don't make the same mistake.

Everything that I ordered was shipped to me right on time. In fact, I had two(2) separate orders both ; repeat both arrived on time and in fact one of my packages arrived three(3) days early! I would @will use WHOLESALE MARINE again without hesitation.If any of friends need anything for their boats or docks. I will not hesitate to tell them to use Wholesale Marine.

I am having the same problem with wholesale marine. They promise that you will have your item in 10 days. When I called them 10 days later to see why I hadn't received it, they hadn't even shipped it yet. They said they didn't know why it wasn't sent out a week earlier. I expected to use what I ordered in 2 weeks, now I won't have it, yet my credit card was charged from the start.
Very dissatisfied and will not do business with them again.
