White Smile scam

Company information:
White Smile / Health Life
United States

These two companies are scams. They set up these fake articles online made by "costumers" who tell you how great this is. "All you have to do is order a trial and they send you some free samples". Well, they are not free samples you are getting, instead you are signing up for a subscription ranging from $79.28-$83.90 a month for each product, PLUS! some sort of other random (separate) charge ranging from $6.21-$8.53. You can usually get your money back for the larger amounts that range around $79.28-83.90, but you have to pay for S&H, make sure you get a return code from the company before you ship these back. If they tell you they wont credit all the shipments back, just reuse the return code they give you on the product when you send it back, and you should get refunded for that as well. As for the initial first cost for purchasing the product in the first place(mine was $1.95+$0.99), just take it as a lost. THE BIG ISSUE I am still dealing with are the other random charges, such as $6.95, $8.53, $6.21. I am waiting for a response from my credit card company.

Names of companies you will see on your credit card statement:

WHITESMILE [protected], CY $1.95
HEALTHLIFE [protected], CY $0.99
VH ACCESS [protected], CY $6.95
healthclns [protected], CY $79.95
ultifreshwell [protected], CY $79.28
kitacccess [protected], CY $8.53
pristinehlth [protected], CY $79.28
healthclns [protected], CY $83.90
elitepack [protected], CY $6.21

I am sure there will be more random names and charges to go with them.

I emailed about a free product on craigslist. Someone emailed me back and said the item is gone but to click on this link for a FREE whitening kit being sold to only clients.
I just checked my account and received a debit of 87.41. The product is not the real product.
I am trying to google this company and unable to find it anywhere.
I emailed back the woman who emailed me and she did not respond either with an explanation.
I cant find a phone number NOR ANYTHING in order to get my money back or cancel the order.
I THEN received another emaile from: HTTP://www.aweber.com/z/c/?jwbxjy03adihiamjwvotoan9rbctymtoag==8192
It said I need to reply to the email to get the free gifts - thank God I did not do that or else I am sure they would've have take more of my money.

I recieved my account statement yesterday, sad thing is it is a charity bank account. I searched items, made the mistake of entering card number for free trail, cancelled, but was charged three different times. Phone numbers are:

[protected] charge $1.00
[protected] charge $79.86
[protected] charge $24.82

Called [protected] to find out what the heck was going on? The operator blew me some smack about something I did not order, all the while making it sound like I did. It is horrible that you have people take advantage of other people, all I can say: IS DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR CARD NUMBER ON ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS! I do believe what goes around comes around and it is people like this that will have to answer one day.

Kit Access? Where is the dang kit? Access member? Access What and Where? Have no idea what this is!

Hi,
I share the same opinion. I am one of those victims, visitors in US from Europe, Serbia. I haven't understood the advertismenet entirely. I was schoked today when I sow minus on my account! What should I do, my previous address in US is not valid now. Probably I will remine without any products and without money!

White Smile fraudulent billing

I would like to make everyone aware that this company will fraudulently advertise a 'free' trial, and you only have to pay the shipping charge of $1.95. Even if you try to cancel your order, they will take another $69.99 out of your bank account without your authorization, even if you return the mascara sized free trial.

Is this worth $70? not at all.

I must chalk it up to my own stupidity, and I only hope I am able to help someone else avoid the hassle and rude comments from their "cancellation team".

IMPORTANT: When you sign up for this free trial, somehow it also signs you up for other companies that offer trials. My bank account was relieved of more money by other companies as well, since I signed up for Hollywood Sexy Smile. I did not receive any goods or services, and I have no way of knowing what other 'trials ' they decided to sign me up for. Please beware of these types of scams. Do NOT give any of your credit card information or bank account information, or even debit card or checking account information online for anything. I have heard these warnings, I know not to do this, but I thought I was ok with this company. I have learned quite a lesson.
Please beware of any of these names: Hollywood Sexy Smile, DazzleWhite, White Smile, Hollywood Beauty Labs, Health Member, VH Access.
All of these companies now take money from my bank account. I have closed my bank account because of this, and I hope to help people become aware of this, and stop them from making the poor choice that I did!
