NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM! I am now trying to get my money back- repeat TRYING! they (Mike) will not reply- note: they WILL take you credit card info and charge you- they have no fax/no REAL street address- it is 100% scam- prices are good because they wont give you and never ever intend on giving you the sauna. I will try to post my contact info to show you all my emais i sent to these guys- notice their only reply is to call Mike- DO NOT make the mistake I did- dont believe me? ask MIKE if you can show up at the 'store' with cash and make a purchase- there is no store/NO PRODUCT !

I tried to do business with this company, but they were never around. I tried to order a sauna from them, but could never talk to anyone (or engage in the online chat) to place the order. I even tried to place the order online. After 3 days of not having a change to my order status, I decided to call them. I still was not able to get my phone calls even...
