WeightWatchers Effective Program, Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with WW

I gotta say, I think this program can be pretty effective for a lot of folks out there. But let me tell you, the customer service is just plain awful. I had a real tough time trying to get my membership cancelled or put on hold after losing my job. The reps I talked to were just so darn rude and unhelpful. They kept passing me off to different people, and even "accidentally" hung up on me at one point. When I called back, I was put on hold for a whopping 39 minutes before finally getting through to someone. And even then, all they did was give me some canned response and wish me luck before hanging up. I mean, I was being perfectly polite and friendly the whole time, but they just didn't seem to care at all. Needless to say, I won't be going back to WW anytime soon.

WeightWatchers Disappointing Customer Service and Unauthorized Charges: My Experience with WeightWatchers

I had a subscription with WeightWatchers (weightwatchers.com) for a good while, but I decided to cancel it THREE years ago. However, to my surprise, they continued to charge me for the service. When I contacted them about this issue, they only offered me a refund for three months, even though they had charged me for three YEARS! I was very disappointed with their customer service, as the staff on the phone were very unprofessional and did not document the information that I provided. This caused me to take time out of my teaching day at home and waste my time on the phone with these people.

I decided to take matters into my own hands and wrote a letter to the CEO of the company, hoping to get better results. Unfortunately, I never received a response from them. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will NEVER join this company again! They were very quick to take my cash, but when I asked for a refund because of miscommunication, they were NOT supportive at all. I will make sure to advise my fellow colleagues to STAY AWAY from WeightWatchers.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is lacking, and they do not seem to care about their customers. If you are looking for a weight loss program, I suggest looking elsewhere.

WeightWatchers Misleading WeightWatchers Offer: Get 3 Months FREE, but Forced to Pay for 2 Months Before Cancelling

I recently signed up for WeightWatchers after seeing their 'Offer' of 'Get 3 Months FREE'. I thought it was a great deal and decided to take a look. However, due to unexpected circumstances, I found myself needing to cancel my subscription after only 14 days. To my surprise, I was unable to do so and was informed that I had to pay for at least 2 months before I could cancel.

I was extremely disappointed by this experience and felt that WeightWatchers had misled me with their 'Offer'. The 'Ts&Cs' outlined that I had to pay for a minimum of 2 months before I could cancel, which was not made clear in the initial offer. I felt that this was a disgraceful way to conduct business and was shocked by these under-handed tactics.

I would not recommend being lured in by this misleading 'offer'. It is important for companies to be transparent and honest with their customers, and WeightWatchers failed to do so in this instance. While I cannot speak to the quality of their service, I was left with a negative impression of the company and would caution others to be wary of similar offers in the future.

WeightWatchers WeightWatchers Personal Point Program Review: Not Worth the Hassle or Money

So, I recently joined WeightWatchers and tried out their new personal point program. I gotta say, it was a bit of a hassle and didn't yield much in the way of results. When I was on the smart points plan (green plan), I was losing about 1-2 pounds a week. But with this new program, I was told that the weight loss would be slower, which means I'd have to stick with it for longer and shell out more money. No thanks!

I ended up going back to the green plan and started losing weight again. The thing is, everything is now tied to the phone app, which can be a bit of a pain. I always ate healthy foods on smart points, but now they're giving you points for eating a healthy vegetable and doing some activity, which I always did anyway. And don't even get me started on the recipes - you have to find them all on the phone!

Overall, I don't think this new plan is sustainable. I regret paying the money up front and won't be doing it again.

WeightWatchers WW App Review: Frustrating Navigation & Zero Point Food Confusion

Back in the day, I used to be able to whip up a recipe, input the ingredients, and voila! A point value would magically appear. But now, things have changed. It's not as easy as it used to be. I used to be able to track my walking by the minute, but that's no longer an option. And don't even get me started on trying to find things within the app. It's like a maze in there! Every time I try to navigate to something, it just keeps looping back to trying to sell me something - whether it's food or exercise programs. It's frustrating, to say the least.

One thing that really irked me was trying to find my zero point foods. I had no idea that I had to memorize them the first time they were created. It took me several YouTube videos just to figure it out. And don't even get me started on trying to contact someone for help about the app. It's like they don't even exist!

Overall, the diet itself makes sense. But if there are 20 YouTube videos just to show you how to navigate the app, then it must be harder than it should be for someone who's just trying to change their eating habits. It's a shame, really. I wish it was easier to use, but I guess that's just the way it is.

WeightWatchers Disappointing Experience with WeightWatchers App: Confusing Design, Point System, and Lack of Support

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience on WeightWatchers. I've been trying to use the app for a while now, but it's been a real struggle. I mean, seriously, who designed this thing? It's like they went out of their way to make it as confusing as possible.

First off, there's no real dashboard to track your meals. You have to enter everything from scratch every time you want to add a snack or meal. And don't even get me started on the point system. I mean, what's the deal with that? Why can't they just give you the caloric and nutritional totals like a normal app?

And then there are all these dead end links that don't tell you anything or take you nowhere. It's like they're just there to make you feel like you're doing something, but really you're just wasting your time.

Honestly, it feels like WeightWatchers is more of a marketing tool than a diet app. Like they're more interested in making money than helping their clients. And don't even get me started on trying to cancel. You have to pay a fee just to do that! And good luck finding any kind of customer service or support.

Overall, my experience with WeightWatchers has been pretty awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

WeightWatchers WeightWatchers Review: A Good Program with One Major Flaw

I recently tried out WeightWatchers and overall, I found it to be a pretty good program. It definitely helped me get on the right track with my weight loss goals. One thing I really appreciated about it was that it didn't involve any weird chemicals or require me to buy pre-packaged meals. Instead, it focused on teaching me how to make healthier choices and manage my portions.

That being said, there were a few things about the program that I wasn't too thrilled about. One of the biggest issues I had was with the auto-renewal feature. When my contract was coming to an end, I wasn't notified that it was going to renew automatically. I think WeightWatchers should do a better job of making this feature more clear and giving clients the option to decide whether or not they want to extend their contract.

If you do decide to sign up for WeightWatchers, make sure you double-check that the auto-renewal box isn't checked. Otherwise, you could end up losing money that you can't get back. Despite this issue, I still think WeightWatchers is a good program overall and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a sustainable way to lose weight.

WeightWatchers WeightWatchers App Review: Not Worth the Hype or Money

I'm a dietitian and I heard my clients talking about this app, so I decided to give it a try. I gotta say, it wasn't really my cup of tea. The foods they recommend and try to sell you are full of fake sugars and preservatives, which aren't actually healthy. It feels like they're just trying to make a quick buck by advertising themselves as healthy. Plus, the app doesn't give you any information about the nutrients you're getting from the foods you're eating. For example, if you eat some avocado or nuts, your points will go through the roof, which can be discouraging when you're trying to eat healthy and lose weight.

To be honest, I really didn't like this app. When I tried to cancel, they charged me an extra $45, which was buried in the fine print. I thought I was signing up for a 3-month trial period and could cancel without penalty, but apparently not. It felt like a waste of money to me. There are other apps out there, like MyFitnessPal, that are free and give you a better idea of the nutrients you're getting from your food. After all, the quality of our food matters!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend WeightWatchers to my clients or anyone else. The foods they recommend aren't actually healthy, and the app doesn't give you enough information about the nutrients you're getting. Plus, the hidden fees and charges make it feel like they're just trying to make a quick buck. If you're looking for a better way to track your food and nutrients, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

WeightWatchers WeightWatchers Misleads Customers with Inaccurate Pricing Information and Bribery Tactics

I recently visited the WeightWatchers website to check out their plans and decided to go with the one that advertised a low price of $3.07 per week. I did the math and figured that it would come out to $13.30 per month. However, when I received my bill, I was surprised to see that they had charged me $16.21 per month. I immediately called their customer service to inquire about the discrepancy.

To my disappointment, the representative informed me that the fine print stated that the price was subject to change. I was frustrated that the pricing information on their website was not accurate and that I had been misled. It seemed like they were trying to hide the true cost of their plans from their customers.

I decided to cancel my account, but the representative tried to convince me to stay by offering me a free month. When I declined, she continued to push and offered me two and three months for free. It felt like they were trying to bribe me to stay with them, even though I was unhappy with their service.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with WeightWatchers. It felt like they were not transparent with their pricing and were trying to take advantage of their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a weight loss program.
