they misrepresent the twelves
I rene Valenti totally misrepresents herself and her company. They are a Match making Service. or so the say. I paid them thousand of dollars. I rene Valenti 's office continued to call me after I sent her my photographs and told her I was dating man from London. Her company continued to call . Her team (as she calls them ). do nothing but make a few phone calls to you. Eventually I got three phone call, from three different men. and that was that. I tried to get my money back from American Express. Her contract is so iron clan in her favor. Shame on her and her son Steve. and her entire company.They are a complete SCAM...
Service Scam
Fraud! Bells, Red Flags, and Sirens should go off when entering a 3 year contract, which is the statue of limitations to sue a company, with Valenti International who will only give you 2 to 3 matches max per year. Personalized Service! Not So...the live coaching and feedback is not existent. All feedback after introduction has to be submitted online, no...

So finally, Valenti International declared bankruptcy yesterday. Wondering why they couldnt make it after all of the collecting money for providing terrible member service.
I am not sure what to do to proceed the class lawsuit at this point.

if it is an upscale matchmaking why did they let pay with a credit card. i thought they only took financially sound clients.
