Keto ACV Gummies
I ordered 6 Bottles and in less than 1 month I received 6 more. I only ordered 66 and the product does not work. I want to return the 6 new ones and my credit card refunded. I thought these people were trustworthy. Where do I return the bottles and I do nt mind paying for the shipping but I want my money back.

My first order was a 1 time order and it was for 2 bottles, instead I received 5 bottles of gummies and 2bottles of detox, now I'm receiving a monthly subscription, which I did not order and do not want, this company is a scam using opera's commercial to reel people in, I want my money back for everything I did not order and have not used, and I want this subscription stop ASAP.

Desired outcome: Return my money for everything except the 2 bottles I ordered and cancel the monthly subscription.
I had the exact same experience! HORRIBLE COMPANY that takes no accountability for mismanagement and disinformation. I placed a one time order and was charged for additional items that I did not ask for. I was also charged for recurring orders that I did not ask for.
I had to cancel the recurring orders to receive a full refund which was not a problem. Upon returning the products, they denied the refund because I did not have a reference number to accompany the return. I was not informed by the agent that I needed a reference number.
I was then told that because it was an online order and not a phone order that I would not receive a refund.
RIDICULOUS!
What a waste of time and energy!
I just gave away $199.88 to a company that hires employees outside of the US who are robots reading off a script. They throw the policy card at you because that's all they have. What a darn shame!
Trust me, you don't need anything from this company.
