The Fragrance Shop Purchase recept

I purchased an item from the fragrance shop on Saturday, the 14th of December. I was told that I would receive an email with my receipt. It is now Thursday and I have not received a receipt. I do not live near to the shop and I have tried to contact customer service at head office who gave me the number [protected]. I found this but I am not getting any connection. I need four for the fragrance shop to forward my receipt so that I have got evidence of purchase.

Claimed loss: The item cost over £70 and I use my gift card to purchase this item. There’s no evidence that I have purchased the item or the balance on my gift card.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive a receipt confirming purchase as soon as possible.

The Fragrance Shop Perfume and aftershave not recieved

My products were left behind my bin. When I got home there was no delivery, even though the post office is 5 minutes away tops walking. The fragrance shop said they were very busy at the time and should take 30 days to investigate. That has been and gone. I get part emails from various customer service staff but still hasn’t been resolved. My delivery should have been on the 16th December 2023. I am getting nowhere. No I have to fill out a form. That’s me hoping and praying that get to me then back to them through the post…… what’s the chances

The Fragrance Shop Advent calendar

i ordered and paid for 2 advent calendars,hen the box arrived it was open and only one calendar was in there. I emailed the company and sent photo evidence of everything including bank statment showing id paid for 2. Despite 12 emails to the fragrance shop i am no further forward in knowing if i will recieve the missing calendar.I feel like i am now being ignored.

Desired outcome: Would just like to have what i paid for and maybe an appology
