TEAC Construction review: Not finishing a job he received full payment on

Clifford Wood from TEAC construction was contracted do work at my house. After pleading with me to pay the final amount due for work to be done so that he can get the last material for the job. He left never to return he does not answer my calls. Do not respond to emails, what's ups, or sms. I have holes in my roof where skylights had to be fitted. My new bathroom is incomplete and can not be used as no shower or vanity was installed. That after I had to pay the subcontractor to finish the tiling job. There is cupboards outstanding in the flat and no paving. For all this he received full payment.
The quality of his work is not up to standard and we had to re-do all the finishes ourselves as their attention to detail is shocking.
I do not expect the work to be completed, all I want is for the goods I paid for to be delivered, I will finish the instalation myself.
