Obtained car wash from this company at El Cajon, CA site and paid with an American Express card. Now I get a charge (12 months now) which total $335.35 thus far for a "club" type service, which I can't use because I live in Utah. I have attempted to contact them - no phone contact can be made. I have spent hours online attempting to provide them details challenging these charges, but their site is broken and won't submit needed / requested details. There is no service from this company!
Claimed loss: $335.35 (and counting)
Desired outcome: Cancel the auto-charge for program I did not sign up for, and reimburse me for $335.35 charged to my AMEX card I did not authorize.

As stated above from your company in Phoenix, At, my Super Star Car Wash account was cancelled. I live at 3820 Alta Mesa Ct., Colo. Sprgs, 80904. Your email is dated as of 2 Jan 2024. On 22 Jan 24, you charged my credit card $19.95 for the car wash and again on 20 Feb 2024. Within minutes of the charge, my same credit card was being charged online from PepBoys for automotive supplies for $742.06. We immediately received a call from Master Card asking if we recognize this purchase and we said no and it was declined! You need to correct this and find out who your company is using our credit card info. We have contacted better bureau businesses and police about this. I think your company is pulling a scam on innocent people. We are refuting the January and February costs you charged on my account. Debby Wiley

Damaged my car, refuses to pay
On November 19, 2023, I took my car through the Super Star Car Wash and the equipment caused my car to hit the car in front of it, causing damage to the grill and front bumper. I submitted a claim to Super Star that day and received an email saying that the claim was approved on November 21, 2023. The email required me to send in estimates from 3 body shops by December 6. 2023, which I did. On December 15, 2023, I received an email from Super Star saying that they would pay $2,113.65 to fix my car per the estimate from Maaco. However, they refuse to pay me directly. Super Star is insisting that I drop my car off at Maaco and have them fix it and then wait to pick up my car if/when Super Star pays Maaco. Obviously, I am unwilling to rack up a bill at Maaco and hope that Super Star will pay it so I can get my car back. I informed Super Star that I accept the amount they are willing to pay to settle this but that I insist on being paid directly. However, they refuse. This matter will be going to small claims court, but please be warned. If the Super Star Car Wash automated system causes damage to your car, they will refuse to pay you.

Desired outcome: Super Star needs to pay me so that I can get my car fixed.

Unlimited Car Wash Plan
I purchased the plan in 2023 and now I want to cancel the plan. I went physically to the car wash location and they told me they could not help me cancel my plan. I have sent (2) to (3) emails to customer service at Super Star Car Washas requesting them to cancel my membership. I provided the license plate, the last (4) digits of the credit card number, state of residence, and other pertinent details. I was told a response will be received in 3 business days but no one has responded.
Desired outcome: Please cancel my plan.
Damage
I have a membership through Superstar. When you get in to the system. Typically they guide you left or right for the tracking system. When I went through the whole system. It showed perfectly aligned scratches on my car. They took a few pictures and sent me on my way. I received a denail letter from the manager. There was no thorough investigation. They will not release the footage of my car entering the location. When you try to get a hold of someone from upper management. You Cannot find anyone. Everything is automated and emails. You literally don't get to speak to some one live on the phone. You can tell by the footage. The damage was done by mechanical machine. If you measure the distances in between vs the bristles. It matches.

This place is a fraud and does not except responsibility. I filed a complaint and did not hear from them. I also went to speak to Manager, he still had my claim on wall file. I need an attorney if this company does not respond to my claim. You guys ruined my paint job, the body of the paint due to soap residue or something from your carwash. I'm sure an attorney can order repair log on the maintenance of carwash hub. I cancelled my account and now have to cancel my mother and boyfriends account. I need you guys to call me for their account number. You need to call me for additional information. I did file paper claim at your Irving Location.

I have reached out to Superstars customer service over a dozen times asking for an explanation of why I am being charged multiple times per month. They explained that I have 3 vehicles I am being charged for. One of these vehicles is not even my car. I am not sure where their system screwed up but I have been charged for over a year for this vehicle. When I contacted support they said they would cancel the vehicle that I said was not my vehicle. I tried calling the phone number provided but can not reach anyone with the company. The person I was in contact with has stopped returning my emails. I am now so frustrated I want all of my cars removed from their services and some type of proof of why my account was charged for a vehicle that i do not own.

aug 25 while approaching rail to drive my car through car wash bumped rail & it broke my hub cap. i asked the guy directing me , why he didnt say right or left instead let me continue. surprisingly made it through wash , noticed it was barely hanging on while drying my car. and filled out incedent report. i do not have any of those numbers from form the time was approximately 6:30 pm..also left form with night manager.

Monthly Car Wash email issue
I signed up for a monthly service, the gentleman never asked my email. I saw him just put in some random email. I tried contacting customer service through the site and explained I wanted my email updated but received an email back that my case was closed. I cannot get them to update my email so I can change or cancel a service. They have let people who work there go for this as I have first hand knowledge of someone who worked there and was let go due to it. This seems to be an issue so they can get you to not cancel. If I don’t get resolution soon I will call my bank and say the charge is no longer authorized and I will contact a lawyer to investigate the cancellation/email issue.

while getting car washed at 3880 s ironwood dr. apache junction 85120 i drove onto rail and that when i hear my hub cap was broken. i filled out a complaint at store . manager said i would be contacted through email. its been iver a mont and nothing and im driving around with no hub cap.

broken mirror because brush hooked and tore it off
On [protected] at 3:00pm I went in for a car wash. My mirrors were folded in but the first right side brush hooked the mirror and tore it off. I collected the parts and pieces after the wash and filled out the service report. On 8-14 I went to the car wash as I still hadn't heard anything. Manager would not speak to me as he was busy repairing a camera. Left phone number he said he would call . 3 hours later I returned to the car wash to check why he hadn't called . He sent an employee out with a note that said they were denying my claim due to the age of my vehicle. It is a 2015 that looks like a 2020. Again he wouldn't speak to me. I sent an email to superstar and received a reply that my case was closed and that they hoped my claim was resolved satisfactorily. I replied it was not and requested it to be reopened.
Desired outcome: Repair or replace my mirror.
