SSA reviews and complaints

SSA is a federally funded organization that promises by protective laws to treat all clients with equity. However, I'm a victim of defamation, discrimination, and retaliation. I have reported wrongdoing since 2014, I was denied tne right to report changes. I was unaware SSA labeled me as A DANGER TO OTHERS AND RESTRICTED FROM ENTERING SSA OFFICES. This label continued and continues to the present day.

SSA employees made false and damaging statements about me, causing harm to my reputation and character permanently, within the context of a benefits claim or other official interaction. Causing loss of income and loss of any funds due to me over this false label. I believe this was done to exploit me as a minority and Hispanic individual within this section of government. After nine years, I was granted the right to present my case before an ALJ in SSA.

The magnitude of hate led to the denial of having my case heard by an ALJ within SSA. It was determined in the original decision and the appeal that the decision was "FULLY FAVORABLE." The result of this malicious act led to funds taken and an overpayment of 10k. A new overpayment of 21k and the same allegations of not reporting. With witness testimony and proof, SSA refuses to own their capricious act against me. Any funds due they have taken and are overriding a judges order because as Mrs Rivera from SSA LOCAL OFFICE stated, "I hate that judge. He doesn't know what he's doing!" This is their attitude toward those who govern above them. They are insubordinate and feel they can harm whoever they please.

I received a letter stating my disabled son was overpaid by $24000 dollars. SSA did not do his pay stubs correctly. They included monies that were not to be added to earnings which resulted in a smaller check and repayments of benefits. When establishing the saga they were only suppose to add up earnings only. On my son they added vacation,sick pay and other things that should never been added to established the sga. They refused to listen to reason or to even go back over the stubs.
