They are not helping me get my account back
I was going on about my day to day business when I tried getting into my Snapchat account when I was told I was locked out for no reason at all other than they said I broke the community guidelines which is impossible I can prove that this never happened and I didn’t do that I have never broke the tos or community guidelines. I am a loyal user of this app and to see this is how they are treating me is extremely frustrating and it’s effecting my mental health as a lot of sentimental things where on my account.I’ve tried numerous times to get help from Snapchat support but keep on getting automated responses all I want is my account back as I’m actually innocent and didn’t do anything wrong. I can also prove that I never did anything wrong this is just another issue of Snapchats software which is historically known for being faulty and incorrect detecting something which is not the case I’m begging you to help me please!
Claimed loss: My account was locked so I lost a lot of sentimental things attached to my account and also a lot of business partners I have on that specific account where unable to reach me which meant I lost our financial
Desired outcome: I would like my account to be re activated asap and for Snapchat to acknowledge that Snapchat support need to change there ways because this is effecting a lot of people especially with mental health
