lack of voucher purchased and no response to resolve
A gift voucher was purchased online on wed 11th July for £30. A gift fir my fathers birthday. I asked fir it to be emailed to me direct as my father doesn't have an email account
I chased a response on 12th July and again on the 17th July through your online system staying money had been taken but we have not received the goods.
I received an automated response to advise you will try to respond as soon as possible. At no time gave I received an email response
It's now over a week and a half since the money left my account and still no response.
I've called twice this week. The first call I accepted that the case was being looked into however not receiving any communication after a further 2 days had past, I called again on 19th July and expressed my dismay in the lack of response and that no customer service was appalling.
My fathers birthday has passed and I have had to source another gift in the absence of the voucher.
I do not understand why there is no communication back from your company which doesn't inspire my use you again or to recommend your company to others. It seems that you are not bothered in having a bad reputation.
I would ask that I receive a full refund of £30 with 7 days from sending this email as I no longer require the voucher.
Poor Service
Food is supposed to sizzle when served was in fact cold
No onions with the meal as they has run out which with computer stock taking is incredible
Wine on the menu not available only a cheaper alternative
Requested ice cream to finish meal was again advised they had run out
for a saturday night is redicules.
When complaint was made about the above was meet with a shrug of the
shoulders.
Will not be visiting this establishment again and advise readers to do the same.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
we arrived on sunday 10th july in plenty of time for a roast dinner (12.30)we were told they had run uot of meat and vegand roast would be 40 mins wait,
so we ordered gammon with pinapple with extra for the egg, the food arrived no pinapple and the egg was cremated when we cut in ti the gammon it was still raw in the middle, we complained about about the 3 things the meal was taken away and returned still no pinapple, we were then told they had run out.the same cremated egg was still on the plate we should have complained to the manager on the day, but we thought we would do it on the internet there is no method of complaing on there web pages

Severn of us went to a sizzler pub, we have been to one before
never had a problem, tried a different one last night, two of our
party had their meals more or less as soon they ordered, their
meals wasn't very hot, it appears it was someone else order, as
they both landed up with something they did not order.The steak
on the one was under done, they took it away to cook it more, came back the
same needless to say it was left. The rest of us waited another 45mins, then it
came in bits & drabs.They were very unorganised, would not go to that
pub again.
