Refusing to send a refund for a dress
I bought 3 dresses from this company, before i send the order i checked to see thier return policy which said that goods could be returned with no problem

All our dresses have any problem with the quality or production, we can accept the return and exchange.
2. If I do not like the dress I received, Can I return it to get a refund?
No matter you don’t like the dress color or the style, we can return it for you with the refund or remake a new one for you.
i them placed the order, the following week i got a call from linda asking many questions such as if i ordered 3 dresses, i explained to her that i ordered 3 but need only one i was going to try and choose i asked if that was ok she said yes she asked me when i need the dresses fro i said as soon as possible.
the dresses was taking longer to arrive so i send them an email, the answer was that they were making my dress, i got a bit worry then and answered that i did not realised that i thought they had the dresses and just had to ship them.
the order was taking long, so i send them another email and at that point i wanted to cancel the order, one dress arrived and it was completely different from the picture, the color was stronger, it did not fit me properly, i did not like the dress.
i send them an email immediately requesting the return address to send the dress back, i got an email asking me to send a photo pointing out were the problem was i answer the email tell them again and again what i had said previously. they keep asking me for a photo, i don't want to send them any photo of me. this people are taking time and i am scared they will not refund me, please help

Do Not Buy From This Company - You will be disappointed & Lose Your Money!
Purchased a prom dress £108.99 custom made - nothing custom made about it! Arrived used & damaged! Despite numerous emails requesting return address since March and we are in June now - not received return address just reply emails pleading of poverty and how they would lose money out of their wages if I were to return dress and to accept £7.20 as compensation and close matter! I wish I had done my research on company before placing order - PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
