Seasonmall.com has yet to contact me. I have sent numerous messages concerning my dress. I have emailed and tried live chat but havent got anytheing back. All thee complaints i have read after i purchased my dress make me more and more stressed everyday. I have one simple question. When will my order be here! I ordered it may 4the and my prom is may 29the. Will my dress be here in time. Seasonmall please get back to me about theis and let me know if theere is anytheing i can do to speed up thee order i have no money and was counting on theis dress for my prom.

China Sweat Shop-rip Off
DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM SEASON MALL OR LIGHT IN THE BOX! I ordered my daughter's prom dress on March 24, 2012. It was supposed to arrive on April 20the in plenty time to have any possible alterations done before her May 5, 2012, prom date. On April 19the I received an email stating thee dress would be delayed because of high demand and low supplies. The email notification said to send a message withe thee order number and date dress needed for expedited service. I replied withe a lied stating thee dress was needed by April 28, 2012. It is April 30, 2012, and we have not recieved thee dress. I theought by giving Season Mall an earlier date, my daughter might actually have thee dress to wear to her prom. I was wrong. I have emailed, communicated via Live Chat and was assured theat thee dress would be overnighted on April 26the to be here by April 27the. It is April 30the and NO DRESS. According to TNT tracking "2012-04-29 Status 13:00 China SHANGHAI Consignment miss connection due to Custom hold" My daughter and I will be out looking for her a replacement a Prom dress tomorrow. What a shame! I was planning to purchase a Motheer-of-thee Bride dress for my eldest daughter wedding in August from Season Mall also. That will NOT happen!

I have still not received any info on my dress and i needed an estimated arrival time to know if i needed to get a new dress for prom. I ordered mine may 4th and my prom is may 29th. Should i look for a new prom dtess now or wait it out?

I am in the same situation as you except my daughter's prom is on May 19, 2012. I gave them the expedited date of May 5th and the tracking says the same thing yours said. Are you trying to get your money back? If so, how do I go about doing the same?

Cheap knock-offs
These guys have posted beautiful pictures on their web site of clothing and dresses that have absolutely nothing in common with the actual rug that you will receive in the mail. This company is based somewhere in China. Shipping takes > 30 days. They do not have a real customer support service. When you try to contact them you will realize that it is actually an unreachable Skype account. No phone number. They get back to your emails and reply in broken English 5-6 days after you have emailed them. The main point is that the product that you will receive is a CHEAP knock-off of some dresses and pictures they have probably stolen from other designers. The quality is beyond unacceptable. There is glue, threads, etc running all over the dresses which are made out of cheap and tacky material. Beware and DO NOT buy from this seller. They advertise with Google and that's how they get traffic to their scam web site.

I have bought two dresses and a short jacket from Season Mall, I should have learned the first time. The first dress I sent my measurement's and the dress was way to big, they would not take it back because it was custom made for me. I ordered another dress recently and used their size. I ordered the dress 3 sizes larger than what I normally would wear and it was to small. They would not take it back because they said it was custom made for me. I ordered their size and gave no measurements. The color was not as they show. It was supposed to be an Ice blue and it came in as this dull teal color. The jacket was also bought using their size and it was so small I could not get it over my arms. I gave it to my size 0 niece. Unless you do not have anything up top and you order two to three sizes more than what you normally wear, you should shop elsewhere.
Thanks for all the reviews. I was in the process of ordering a dress, But after sending a email asking question and getting a return email without answering the question, made me think someting wasn't righ with this company . May be better business bureau needs to be conacted. What do you think?
I been trying to contact Season Mall for the past month and have not gotten any response. The dress that I purchaed for my daughter is not what I expected. I will be making an formal compliant on this company.
I just purchased a dress for my moms 30 year class reunion. I did not know this company are scams. Omg what are we going to do. Prayed and hope that it comes in on time so we can try and get some things fix correctly. I'm pissed just reading the reviews. I wish i would have researched before ordering her gown.
DO not order from Seasonmall, dressbraw, helenebridal, TDB, or Tidbuy. They are all cheap scam businesses form China and may in fact be the same company under many names.

my daughter ordered her sweet 16 dress through seasonal mall. her party is this friday and we have yet to receive the dress. i paid a lot of money for this dress and i have a feeling that we are not going to get the dress until after the party. i am have tried to cancel but order but have had NO LUCK. i cannot believe i have been scammed. the only good thing is that i ordered the dress through paypal. my daughter has been in tears because she does NOT have the dress she wants to wear for her very special occasion. she had to get a backup dress from a friend as I do not have the money to purchase another dress for her. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM...DO NOT ORDER FROM SEASONAL MALL.
First of all I will says always research who you are ordering a dress from, "SEASONMALL" is a scam we ordered our daughters Prom dress 5/1/12 and have yet to recieve a confirmation if it's been shipped, needless to say the email has no domain, doesn't exist. And all the complaints are true they only have Skype. we paid the most expensive rate to get this dress asap and nothing! Sadly Seasonmall has proved they are all right.. Needless to say had to buy another dress and report this company to Paypall and our bank. LISTEN CHECK RESEARCH AND DON"T ORDER FROM SEASONMALL they are thieves!

there is no way to contact these people and i ordered my daughters prom dress and the were paid immediately and its been 28 days and i still have no dress and no one to email or respond .do not order from this web!
