I have read all of this nonnsense about Sam Leone as a builder and his character. I had a home built by him & found none of these accusations to be tue at all. My family & I are extremely happy and would recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing one of his homes. If you are thinking of purchasing a home by Leone & Associates, why not check out one of his quality custom home built home for yourself. I am sure that you will be amazed at his professionalism and pride that he takes in him homes.

inferior built home
Sam Leone of Leone and Associates built my expensive home. My windows leak - he never fixed them. He is rude and abrasive if you have questions. He took forever to finish my house. He is just not a good builder. I would not recommend having him or his company build a home.

The man is an idiot and should be barred from the building industry!
Sam Leone is rude and offensive. My cabinets have been falling apart since
I moved in. His attitude is that it is just too bad. The cabinets are made by
Ross cabinet company. You would think that he would let them know they have
inferior product. What does he care, he got his money. I would never reccomend
him to build a home. There were some points where I just wasn't sure he knew what
he was doing. If it weren't for our salesman, Gordon, we probably would have
stopped working with Sam Leone of Leone and Associates.
Are you sure you have the same builder?
