Salem Women's Clinic reviews and complaints

I recently moved to Salem and was looking for a new doctor, I was referred to this clinic. I made an appointment and had to cancel do to a death in the family. Your office informed me that I'd have to pay a fee for doing so. (Okay, odd but whatever...I guess). Then I make another appointment & i ask what I need to bring, she said my medical card; so I make another appointment come in and the front desk ask for my ID. First, I've never been asked by any doctor or dentist for my photo ID. I told her I left work on my lunch break and didn't have my ID & that I was never told that I needed to have it for a checkup. The office refused to see me. Complete waste of my time, can't believe I took time off work for this... & I'm actually shocked I heard such great things. Disappointing. I work with a lot of clients and I'd never give them a run around like this. - Dawn
