First of all I ordered a brown dog not white and going by your add it was one that moved around. The one I got is something you could buy in wallmart for five dollars would like to be reimbersed l am sending this one back to you thank you truly murray keller

On June 28, 2021 I ordered two dresses from an Instagram ad from a site called "Eterim" I believe. About a week later I tried to check on the order and found that I was rerouted to another site. My purchase came today. Whereas I agreed to pay for two boho inspired dresses, I got one colourful shapeless ocean themed dress. No tags on it to indicate brand or size. I'm going to file at the Better Business Bureau also. What a scam. Shame

Ordered a ride on adult backhoe from China. Finally showed up and a Barbie doll won't even fit on it. Scam Scam! Contacted sellers and no reply. Order numbers N202106272203372678 and order number N20210627220665591 with Canada post tracking # [protected] for qty 1. Have not received a tracking number for the second one yet.

I ordered 2 puzzle tables at 35.00 each and was shipped 2 mini puzzles!

After trying to contact the company about an error in the order I decided that I would accept the 2 tables. I have included a screen shot of one of the confirmation emails I received.

Delivery from Canada post did take longer than expected and I was shocked when they said items were delivered. They weren't at my door, they were in my community post box and the packages were small. This couldn't be what I ordered. Upon opening them I see a mini puzzle that I would never have ordered.

I followed the return and refund policy instructions and have reached out 3 times with no avail.

I want either what I ordered or my money refunded. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and have received no response.
Today I did receive a notification that now the email does not exist.

I ordered a rocking lawn chair $39.99 and received a WWAGO seating pad $2.99 that is a far cry from what I ordered. The company is not returning my enquiries, there was no packing slip, no documentation on order number WW9525105190290 SKU # CAEXPPH. How do I get this issue resolved?

Instead of my other they sent me a kids puzzles. 24 pieces. I'm not interested in kids stuff. I want my order or give me back my money. And the day before they sent me a whale little plastic brush that I didn't order ether. I'm not interested in your kids stuff I don't have kids anymore. So please be nice and give me my money back. I'll be waiting for your response.

I ordered shirts from this company. Went on their website to complain and of course I couldnt find actual site. This company sent me absolute crap shirts. Their material is brutal and I ordered xl and the xl size wouldnt fit a skinny 10 yr old. Brutal company will never order from them again. Strongly recommend not using this site.
