Now when i check the size, without even unfolding the item, and the assistant comes several times to ask me what size i want, only me, without doing this with the other customers, and i tell him that i am not gonna try the item on yet " i like to deal with shops that allow u to wander freely, look and think and decide yourself, and pull and bear is supposed...

Pull & Bear Poor Customer Service

i am writing to lodge a complaint as to the poor customer service that i received. I purchased a jacket from the Pull & Bear shop in Cabot Circus, Bristol in the early of December. However the zip was broken after 2 weeks after i had purchased. I then send the jacket back to the store for repairing(13rd Dec 2014). the Alterations note number is 631180. I was told that my jacket would be repaired in 5 working days(two weeks ago). This however not been the case. I went to the shop after one week, i was told that the jacket was not ready. I went again 3 days ago, still, i get the same answer. I was told that i would have received a call by Tuesday(30th Dec 2014) as to when the jacket will be repaired.But until today, i didn't receive any information from Pull & Bear. I hope that i could receive the information before i get frustrated with Pull & Bear and spread it out among all my friends. It would be totally meaningless if i could only get back my jacket after the winter!

Pull & Bear Assistant manager

Hi all, I already bought a pair of shoes a week ago on the 20th of november 2014 after exactly a week one of the pairs was damaged due to the bad quality of rubber. I went to the store in alexandria city center where I bought them from pull&bear and I gave the assistant manager the receipt with the pair of shoes to make him look at the damage.he was so rude and arrogant and said that the shoe is perfectly fine and the rubber was treated bad from my end...I told him I wore it only for 1 time he replyed in a very bad way ...I ll just chk with the head office and and yo can manage after that.. "they are in Lebanon" he replied. .pls chk on my complaint that s urgent
