Protect My Car RE: Protect May Car Business Closed August 2023

On Friday 10/22/2023, I Lenora D. Banks called you on several phone numbers and was on hold off and on for over 4 hours, Contract Number 461642, Just found out that your business (Protect My Car) closed in August 2023. I did not receive an email or letter letting me know this important information. In the meantime, please reimburse me two payments, one for $62.06 Sept. 03/2023 payment, and $62.06 Oct. 03/2023 payment. Important: Please do this immediately, please cancel my Automatic Payment for Nov. 04/2023. Please cancel Auto Payment or any future Auto Payments. I can be reached at my phone [protected] and my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com.

Claimed loss: Please reimburse me two payments, one for $62.06 Sept. 03/2023 payment, and $62.06 Oct. 03/2023 payment.

Protect My Car Extended warranty and can't get through on phone email or Certified mail.

I've sent multiple emails and phone calls to no prevail.

My mechanic secretary spent over 3 hours on hold. Myself also have called many times and can never get through.

I even sent everything certified mail and still nothing.

Desired outcome: To get the coverage that's covered under my policy. That's what I pay for every month.Every photo of Receipt says it's to large to upload. Send me a email and I'll attach the filesOf the work performed with the shops Receipt

Protect My Car Membership

Today, I made an attempt to receive roadside assistance and I went ahead and joined today for a quote of $79.99 and was denied services.

All I wanted was roadside assistance to be able to receive a jumpstart for a dead battery and therefore, I would like to just cancel my services and get my refund back asap, for services not rendered.

I have made several attempts to call,

have waited 4 times for over 30 min. each time.

I have been parked in the same place for 5 days trying to make several attempts to reach out and get help for a jumpstart, that was my soul purpose of calling your company, because I actually believed you would help me. So, therefore, I will continue my research and go to another company that will follow thru with their promises.

Desired outcome: Cancel service and return refund as soon as possible.

Protect My Car Service warranty

On june 10,2023, alexandra moody, from metro ford service dept from miami flirida tryed to contacted you.. Do that my car was at her shop for some service.. She told me that she tried to contacted you severals time and never received any answer from a claim department.. I know you phone service is very bad.. Take to long to answer, do to my own experience..

Since june 12 metro ford and me tried to contact (claim department) in order to follow a claim... and not body answer

Protect My Car Car warranty

I purchase a car warranty a few year ago. I pay in lump sum for my warranty in 2020 and my bill for not due again until December 2012. Protect my car did not sent me any bill statement regarding my bill regarding when my my bill was due. I had work done on my car done in January of 2021. protect my car cancel my warranty without left me know. I called them in April to find out regard my refund for the work that I had done on my car in January. Protect my car stated that they tried to take money out of my account; however they could not because the bank reject the transaction due to my account number have been change because there were illegal transaction on my account. Protect my car did not call me to inquire what about my account why my number had change or sent me any corresponded regarding my account I only had one payment left to pay the account off before they the account would had been paid off. I was trying to paid them off early I did realize that I still had one payment left I thought that I was paying them off early that is why I was paying in lump sum in order to pay early. Protect my Car do not work with there client they are were insensitive to there clients needs. They do not sent out paper or correspondence to remind them of the payment when they are due I did receive one pay bill or coupon book regard any payment. I was paid up for a year. I paid $3200

it have not been resolve I look a my contract I have paid over $3800for this contract. I did not receive anything in the mail regarding my bill. I only had own them I believe was one paid which was 78.00. I had paid my bill up for over a year. this company did not call me or leave me a message regarding my account. This company is a rip off. They stated that I have a old contract and my contract is under there old system.
