Can’t sign docs with their own app
I understand that moving from one state to another requires new documents to be signed.
Their app will not allow document signing via their own text in the app.
I sold and bought houses with my old iPhone. Moved house contents with it. Shipped cars with it. With this latest iPhone, simple doc signing is a no go with Progressive and only with Progressive.
Also, I e-signed the same document twice on a laptop, signed the same doc from paper contract I requested. Now a 4th request to sign the same document.
What is going on over their Progressive?
Unusable.

Apple Wallet feature is useless
I’m glad Progressive finally caught up and decided to add Apple Wallet integration. But it’s useless. It literally doesn’t serve as an insurance card. How can an insurance company misfire on the insurance card?
It only shows one driver and says “see back for details” if you want to see the other drives and vehicles. But there is no back! The info isn’t there.
If you get pulled over this is 100% useless. The vehicle VIN numbers and drivers need to be useless.
It’s a good thing your rates are low. Because I’m certainly not sticking around for your tech savvy.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! It sounds like there’s some confusion on how the pass works, so let’s clear up a few things. The Apple Wallet pass is intended to provide quick access to your policy information. It is NOT legal proof of insurance and cannot replace your official ID card. If you get pulled over, pull up your official ID card in the Progressive app—that counts as legal proof. We give a quick link to your official ID card on the back of the pass, along with further details about your policy, like your drivers and vehicles, etc. To get to the back of the pass, just tap the circle icon on the screen (you’ll see either three dots or an i), just like any other Wallet pass.
I have never wanted nor had Progressive insurance
I have not had, Ive never downloaded progressive app. Not have I ever made an inquiry’s regarding what you have to over. I’m very unhappy with the way the progressive added an app to my phone, I don’t even have the password to download apps. The most frustrating part of it all is there is no way to delete the app off of my phone I would appreciate it if you could give me some tips walk me through it. I think it’s very rude that you downloaded your app onto my phone and I don’t even have that option. I have great insurance. It would be nice to have some kind of compensation for my hassle.

Thanks for reaching out. We’re not able to add apps without your permission. But, we can give you tips on how to delete it. Start by pressing down on the app icon until it shows an “X” in the corner. Then, just tap the “X.”
Do not use progressive insurance
I’m absolutely disgusted by the service I received from progressive. My policy was canceled while I was working out of state and I was not made aware until over 10 days after the policy was canceled. If you don’t think this can happen to you you are wrong account and it will.Just look online at how poor their customer reviews are. They receive more bad reviews than they do good. Do you really want to take a chance. Go with another company. They overcharge they will cancel your policy at any time and then charge you to reinstate it you’re lucky if they even make you aware. They expose me to mass of liability had I had an accident I would not of been insured

Snapshot is a scam
Data mining scam. I drive ~15 miles a day in my car, that’s it. To an from work. I have had an A on there stupid grading scale since i started. Last week drove my car to dealership, about 10 miles away, and also went into town(7-8 miles). Checked my grade...B, yet no occurrences? I called them. I went from a 96% to 87% for, get this, irregular driving. They told me i was not driving a routine! I lost points because I decided to take my vehicle for an oil change and groceries instead of work and they nail me for it. It’s also convenient since my contract is almost up and this is the most expensive of three vehicles i own to insure. They won’t have to discount it as much now. Jokes on them I won’t renew.
