PLT Transportation reviews and complaints

So after using this service 2 years ago with a bad experience, I gave them a second try which was a big mistake. Two years ago, they forgot to pick me up from the airport to get home. It was the same faulty car with no rear view mirror that picked me up to take me to the airport. So, after waiting again for another trip to the airport, they were 15 minutes late. I called, but couldn't get through to Anthony, the owner on the line. I left 3 messages before he finally called back and once again, told me oh there was a mix-up. Same line he told me 2 years ago. I was frantic as the call was disconnected and had no idea what I was going to do. Then a Lyft driver appeared and I barely made it to the airport on time. I was connecting to an international flight. I was livid and I never heard from Anthony again. The day before I was to return home, I again called Anthony to MAKE SURE I had a ride from the airport. Anthony assured me there would be. Well, I did get a ride back, but it was from a different driver who was called at the last minute and she told me she didn't have a license to drive with him and told me to make sure I hugged her when she came to pick me up so anybody would think it was a relative. Still no word from Anthony about any of this. I don't know how this idiot stays in business. I have demanded a refund from him.

They are ripping honest people. I have asked them about the favour and the company PLT Transportation gave me the quote. After we signed the contract, these guys have changed the prices several times. I wasn’t expected to spend a lot of money for such unprofessional and dishonest services. I have tried to change the conditions of our deal couple of times, but they shut my mouth and asked not to bother them.
