Delivery of home depot order
Received an automated phone call from NSD on 11/16/2022, scheduling my item for delivery on 11/18/2022. Information included in the call was that I would not have to be present for the delivery, that it would be placed in a "dry location." I was home all day anyway, but there was no delivery. I called later in the evening to inquire what time to expect the delivery, and the woman that answered said the terminal was closed for the weekend, and I should expect a call to reschedule the delivery on Monday, 11/21/2022.
I never did receive that call, and during over the past three weeks I have phoned, emailed, and sent chat requests to the company. The only times I have gotten calls back have been very late at night - one literally 12:30 am. They always say they are "escalating" the issue; someone will call and schedule, etc., but it is never rescheduled. I have called Home Depot twice, and both times the reps have acknowledged that this is a KNOWN and ongoing problem with NSD, and yet they continue to ship with this fraudulent company.
If I could go and pick up my item, I would - but I'm unable to find any information on where the local terminal is physically located. Nor can I find a phone number where someone actually answers the call. For 3 weeks, NSD has held an item that belongs to me, and I would press charges if I could locate the local terminal.

Delivery service
Nonstop Delivery (NSD) gave the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. My treadmill was a month late. Every single time this company said they would deliver it on a specific day it was never delivered, and they never contacted me to let me know it wasn't going to be delivered. Three times at least this happened. I had to call the company that I purchased the treadmill from to make a complaint to find out what was going on because
NSD does not answer their phones. And if they do answer their phone it takes about 45 minutes of wait time. Nonstop Delivery (NSD) had an third party company deliver my product, the delivery people was a girl, and an elderly gentleman! They could barely move the treadmill. The box was severely beaten up and torn.
When I requested that the delivery drivers help me open the box to see if the product was damaged, the driver told me that NSD representative said I needed to accept the product as is or just send it back but they will not help me open it.
There is tracking to see where the product is at any given time, my treadmill sat for 3 weeks in a warehouse that was only 20 minutes away from where I live. And they kept telling the people I purchased the product from that it hadn't reached their warehouse yet, when the tracker clearly said they were sitting on it 20 minutes away from me all that time.

On Nov. 15, 2021, I ordered two Dewalt generators from Home Depot, valued at $1, 800.00, weighing 175 lbs each as Christmas gifts for my sons. I had the option to either have the generators delivered to the store for pick-up or have them delivered directly to my home. On Nov. 23, I received an e-mail and a phone call stating that delivery would arrive on Nov. 24th, between the hours of 12 pm and 3 pm and a half hour courtesy phone call before delivery. I sat outside with my wife until 12:30 pm waiting on delivery, at which time we went into our house, to check my computer for any updates. At approximately 12:55 pm I received an e-mail from NSD stating that delivery was made at 12:42 pm, and never received a pre-delivery courtesy call, or observed a truck parked in front of our home. I checked property, No delivery was made. We immediately called NSD to locate our missing delivery and were unable to get in touch with a live person, after being on hold for fifteen minutes, their recording states that they'll call you back. At 11:00 pm an NSD representative returned our call, but was of no help. After approximately two dozen phone calls, over a period of several weeks, we were contacted by Barbara, from NSD's, "extra mile team," who stated that she contacted the terminal located in Farmingdale N.Y., whose driver had taken a photo of the house where the delivery was made, showing the boxes in front of a yellow house with red brick. When I described my house as having tan siding with with black shutters, she googled earth our location and responded "OOOPPS." She then asked if we had just remolded the front of our house in the past two weeks, we responded with an indignant No. At this point she stated that NSD had 72 hrs. to investigate and resolve our missing delivery complaint. After receiving no call backs from NSD, and no resolution to our problem, we re-ordered two new generators from Home Depot on Dec, 3, and had them delivered directly to the store. Home Depot delivered them to our home on Dec. 11th. Home Depot, Citi bank and the Better Business Bureau are now Investigating NSD with regard to their apparently fraudulent delivery practices. We have not been contacted by NSD since Dec. 2. As of Jan 24, 2022, which is two months to the day on which I did not receive my delivery from NSD, I received a letter from Home Depot credit services stating that they have credited my account in full. AVOID NSD AT ALL COST.
