I ordered jackets on 5/30/2025 was told it was to ship on 06/20/25, then week later ordered two more jackets and two shirts which arrived on time. Today called them to verify when jacket would ship, was told not until 6/20 so I asked to cancel the order, was told by rep. it would be cancelled and I would get email in a few minutes verifying this. 10 minute...

I ordered a slam magazine Allen Iverson shirt. Was nervous about receiving my order on time considering reading all the bad reviews. After ordering it shipped the next day and was delivered less than a week later!

Reading the reviews of other users I feel exceptionally lucky to have had Cristin as my rep to return my custom plaque. Cristin followed up in a timely manner, set the proper expectations and has made this process extremely painless. I am very happy with the service.
Amazing customer service
Jose was amazing to work with. When I first called about my issue I was told 24-72 hours and someone would get ahold of me but I was contacted within hours even on the weekend! I was treated with respect a d professionalism. Jose helped me figure out my issue and assured my needs were met!

Worst experience EVER
I ordered a lot of jerseys about a month ago, 1500bucks worth, They said the order was under review and I would receive a reply within 24hrs. 72prs passed by and no response, so I sent a follow up email asking them to just cancel my order.
3 weeks go by, and all of the sudden, I receive a package from DHL. No prior notification whatsoever from customer service from both of my emails.
Ok, so whatever. As long as I receive my package, I was okay with it. But no... it doesnt end there. I ordered a Lebron MVP Jersey which was about 200bucks, the most expensive item in my order, and it was missing, in addition I ordered a lot of Rui Hachimura jersey I was planning on giving to friends and family (16pcs) only 14 arrived.
I didnt know if someone tampered with my package during transportation or if NBA store just forgot, but I contact them AGAIN about the situation, and I also contacted DHL to see if my package was tampered with.
DHL was very quick to look into the matter, their response time was flawless.
5 days go by, and I FINALLY receive an email from customer service.
Their response: We are currently have no stock of Lebron MVP Jersey, and we have no idea when we will get more.
WTF!?
If you cant deliver exactly what the customer ordered, dont fkn bill them for the whole order, furthermore you should FIRST notify the customer about the shortage in qty and ask confirmation if they would still like to proceed with the order or not. ( I had already planned on ordering through fanatics so I would have much rather NBA cancel my order altogether) but nooooo, they decide you dont even get that option, to bill you the full amount and ship you a shortage order.
Simply the WORST customer experience ever. Considering the revenue increase NBA is experiencing the last few years, it sure wouldnt hurt to put more resources into customer service for the products you are selling. I will never buy from nbastore again.
CS Service and shipping
I am a Chinese. I lived in Hong Kong. I love buying things. I love USA and UK. I always tell my friends HK shoud learn from USA and UK. But after I tried to buy things on NBA Store, I can tell you the NBA store is the worst company that I ever seen.

They knew how bad their shipping is, and yet, they didnt change the shipping company. If they didnt know their shipping is bad, that the problem is worst.

Also, the CS is bad. I stated my concern many times, but they do not really read my email. They just copy and paste the sample replying text and then said they will try to help me. How can they help customers when they dont even know what customers problem is?

I waited two months and some of my packages is still shipping. I asked the NBA Store CS, they said my package is probably lost. So they are going to refund me becasue one of the product is out of stock. And they are going to ship me another product as a token of replacement. However, what they are going to ship me is the product that I already had. So whey do they ship me the product that I already had as a replacement? I told them, but they said it is shipped. Are you kidding me?

What I feel is the CS are not willing to help customers. What they are trying to do on email is to tell me what they are going to do, and this is wrong. CS means Customers Services, it means you need to help the customers. You need to understand what your customers need, not telling the customers what you are going to do. I feel like the NBA Store CS think they are the boss and they are just telling me what they do. It is wasting of my time shopping on NBA store.
Conclustion: Can NBA store just refund me, I am done with this. I am not buying anything from NBA store again and I will keep all of my friends from it.
Slow delivery
I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson. Considering the top of the line cost, I expected reasonably fast delivery. It shipped from Ohio to Pa. From the date it was shipped it took 12 days. It was for a present. Was supposed to take a week. They say they use FedX but after a while it drops off their tracking and ends up with the Postal Service.

Poor Customer Service/Slow Shipping
On June 27th I purchased a LeBron James jersey for my son's birthday. I passed up the cheaper ones on Amazon because I thought buying it from the official NBA store would have a better experience. WRONG! I figured that a week before his birthday might be cutting it close but if it showed up a day or two late it would be alright. Well I placed the order, it immediately processed my payment and sent an email stating that the order has been placed. The item was "In Stock" so I felt good about my chances of getting it in time. I didn't. In fact, another week went by and still nothing. On July 12th I called the Customer Service line and asked what was going on. The woman sounded surprised that the order still hadn't shipped but seemed to have NO CLUE what to do about it. Finally she said she would submit a ticket to the warehouse to ask what was the hold up. 3 days later I called again because I still hadn't heard anything and I spoke with a man this time who sounded equally puzzled about what to do. He saw the notation about asking the warehouse but simply said, "Well, they haven't answered yet" He told me that is typically takes 3 or 4 business days to get a responce from the warehouse. REALLY? An order placed for an In-Stock item should be in the warehouse for more than a day or two but he wants me to believe that it could take up to 4 days just to get them to answer a status request. He then went on about how they process hundreds of thousands of orders. But if they process that many orders then the system must be fully automated and getting a status should take seconds not days. Well it is now the 16th of July and I have no idea IF or WHEN I will receive my order. So if they manage to send out my order in the next couple of business days (which I am doubting they will do) Then I will recieve my "In-Stock" item a fulll month after I purchased it. They took my money right when I placed the order so I can't even cancel the order and buy it somewhere else. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE NBA STORE AGAIN!
Misinformative
DO NOT BUY FROM THE NBA STORE! From first hand experience. They list items they do not have in stock (the old fish and bait tactic) and their representatives are not only useless, but misinformative. Emails sent out state they will ship "no later" then a specific date which is totally untrue. Also got emails regarding items I did not even order.

I ordered two personalized items from NBAStore.com on 12/6/09. Since I knew personalization could take a bit of time, I paid for overnight shipping, to ensure I'd receive the items by Christmas.
