It was a recording could not understand was it said
Sat Oct 1.I was calling netflixs and was route to another dept where a gentleman said I was 56 customer and said I won $100 gift but said I would have to pay 2.95 for postage. Then he said would I be interested in saving zoo.
I told him no.I checked my acc oct 2nd show I was charge for 2 charges from saving zoo.com one 3.95 and another for 4.99.I want my money back.

Service I never asked for and they won’t credit my card
Noticed charges on my credit card in the amount of $23.87 for Nov, Dec & Jan, totaling $76.61 that I never authorized. After numerous phone calls I was told today Feb. 1, 2022 by someone named Mack that I agreed to this from my cell phone number. I don’t know how they got my number but I never agreed to this. I went online to their site and there were numerous reviews that they scammed many people out if their money also. I’m going to my bank tomorrow to see if they will help me get these charges off. He told me he would cancel it and gave me a confirmation number and they would email a copy of the cancelation but I never received it.

got the same thing - said i agreed on the phone. i never do that. good thing I had changed my cc # due to fraud from another situation. They have been trying to debit my account for about 2 weeks. I just called today 10/15 because I had no idea who they were. I told them to cancel whatever they thought I signed up for SCAM SCAMMERS SCAMMING. SHAME ON THEM. Liars.

Noticed a charge on my credit card. I did not sign up for this, I have no idea who this company is or what they are selling, and I can't find anyone to contact. Please help me to get rid of them

Fraudulent membership charges
I am being charged a recurring fee for a membership I did not request and never authorized. I want this to stop immediately and a full refund of any monies collected regarding the membership in question. This is obviously a scam. I have my bank looking into it as well. There are several other complaints out there regarding this company and its underhanded practices of stealing people's money. Please fix this now

I don't know what the product or service is and I do not want it.
On 1/30/2021 at 5:36 I received a text stating that there was a $23.87 pending charge on my debit card. I called my debit card company to see who this was, I was told it was from MVQSavingszoo.com. I have no idea who this company is and did not authorize this charge. I live in government housing and am currently unemployed due to covid. I would like for my $23.87 to be put back on my card and no further fees taken out of my account. Thank you Beverly
