I am currently logged out of my account and not able to login. I attempted to reset my password but never received an email (after a few dozen attempts to do so). I sent multiple message to the customer service team to get this resolved and have not heard back. My order was finalized Monday evening (8/19/2024) and I was unable to make changes to my cart. I do not want charged for this order and would like someone from misfit markets customer service team to reach and assist me in getting this resolved so that I can have access to my account again.

Misfits delivery
I am new to this and it said it would save us money, i see a large amount taken from my checking from misfits and was told delivery date of 7/26/24. It is now saturday at 4 pm and still no delivery. My husband is quite upset as he took early retirement and lost a lot of money doing so to care for me as i have multiple sclerosis. We live on a very, very fixed income, so the almost $60 out of my checking account means less towards meds and bills.

Unexpected charge even i do not pickthe order
There was an ad so i signed up the website.
They showed me a basket for me
But the item and price was not good.
Too expensive and not to good.
So i did not order.
But it is automatically charged.
And i tried to refund but no window for cancellation and refund. Even if the item is not delivered or shipped yet.
I tried to contact but no call center.
And email was not responded.
Claimed loss: $47

Charge on my account
I have received one box from you and I was not satisfied and I canceled the entire thing. Today I see that I was charged $60 in my checking account which I want returned. I am going to communicate with my bank and file a complaint. If you have any questions, you’re free to call me at [protected]. Like I said before, I was not satisfied with the merchandise that was in the box. And I had canceled. You have not sent anything in many months and now you’re charging me $60 for what. The first box that I received, I was not satisfied the vegetables that were in that box were old. The celery was limp and the rest of the stuff was not good at all. And you charge me $30. I am asking you to refund my money.

Misfits Market
I have never ordered from you and I have been charged for an order of groceries I did not place or pick out. I have tried and tried to reach out and gotten no response. I was charged 73.59$ for an order I know nothing about and I got an email letting me know it’s being shipped to a house I do not live at. I am livid and expect a full refund. I have cancelled my card to avoid future fraudulent charges and contacted my bank. I am horrified at the scam that is misfits market.
Desired outcome: FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY
You sending boxes, I didn't open an account and you used my credit card after it was deleted.
You have sent and charged me for two boxes. I didn't order neither one. I do not want all this stuff that I don't even eat. You used my credit even after it was deleted. I have sent at least four different messages explaining this. I really don't want to be a witch and report you for using my card. So, I didn't order these boxes and I want my money put back into my checking. If you did make me an account, CANCEL IT. I DON'T WANT THIS CRAP. WHAT IS YOU NUMBER, SO I CAN CALL SINCE Y-ALL CAN'T READ.

Remove any and all charges from my bank and close any "account."
I saw their ad on Facebook and thought I'd see if that's a viable option, since we are always trying to get more produce at a cheaper price since I'm disabled and my child (special needs) is as well, and money is more than just tight. You have to sign up for it just to see what kind of items they have and I thought no big deal, I'll just check it out...
