I ordered the above product to help my friend, Doreen. I don't use makeup every day and when I did use it, as directed, my eyes immediately hurt, throbbing, tears running down my face and I was unable to open my eyes for 20 minutes while I felt my way around the bathroom to find a clean washcloth, wet it with cold water (by now, my eyes were burning and tears running full stream down my face), and apply the washcloth over my eyes. I kept the cold water running, re-wetting it frequently because my eyes were so hot. When I was finally able to open my eyes, just a slit, I was shocked to find my eyelids red, puffy and still sore. I continued applying cold cloths to my eyes for another 5 minutes. I was shocked to see what little of my eyes that were viasble were bright red, very little white, some pink and blue. I have used many different mascaras since my teens, I am now 63. I've successfully used Maybelline, Almay, Avon, Revlon and never had any reaction at all. I decided to splurge on the mascara as a birthday present for myself. I tried using the mascara one other time and stopped in seconds because I could feel the onset of pain & tearing. I respectfully request a full refund.
