Nocete, who is married to June Aguirre (Nocete), he is a dangerous and
physically violent person. He is a convicted pedophile for child molestation
for persons under the age 12. Max has been ticketed for drunk driving with
multiple DUI's and tickets. Max had disciplinary actions against him at his

injured under the supervision of Max, her injuries ended in her being
paralyzed. Reason is he lied about when he checked on here and fell asleep
