Before I (Baskaran Paramasivam) Joined the L&T Infotech Company, I Worked for Solid Solutions International Pvt Ltd, Syntel Ltd. . .

After i got released from the L&T Infotech Company, The Company IT Director(V.K Magapu) sending the Unknown Peoples to following me Everywhere and Creating Unnecessary Problems. I am facing this Problems around 2+ Years. Till date I don't know why The L&T Infotech Company IT Director(V.K Magapu) doing this type of Very Worst Criminal Activity.

I Don't know, The L&T Infotech Company IT Director(V.K Magapu) and Management Understand or Not? They are making me HELL.

What I did wrong? I am not asking any Help to the L&T Infotech IT Director (V.K Magapu) or Management. I am not did Nothing Against on the L&T Infotech company or IT Director(V.K Magapu) .I properly Relieved from the company and i have the L&T Infotech company Relieving Letter and Experience Certificate.

I (Baskaran Paramasivam) Don't know Why L&T Infotech Company IT Director (V.K Magapu) and Management Particularly Selected me and torturing me continuously? Instead of doing this much torture the L&T Infotech Company IT Director(V.K Magapu) or Management KILL me in a Single Minute.

Before I (Baskaran Paramasivam) Joined the L&T Infotech company My life is going Good and Happy but
After I Joined and Relieved from the L&T Infotech company my Life is become HELL. And My Happy is completely gone away from me.

After I (Baskaran Paramasivam) Relieved from the L&T Infotech Company The L&T Infotech Company IT Director(V.K Magapu) continuously send a unknown people's to my Address and Creating the Problems and some Unknown people's are following me Everywhere and torturing me.

The L&T Infotech company Management and IT Director Not allowing me to work on any other Company!
The L&T Infotech Management and IT Director Taken my Resume in the Job Portals and creating the fake and worst contract job opportunities, and Checking My Behavior and Creating Unnecessary Problems and they are Not allowing me to continue my career.

After 2012 July My Career is Completely Spoiled, Also My Life's gets Struggled.

I am not believe and Expecting, The L&T Infotech IT Director(V.K Magapu) will doing this type of Very Worst and Criminal Activities Against on me (Baskaran Paramasivam).

In Starting onwards i (Baskaran Paramasivam) was doubt with my family members and my friends are following me and checking my behavior and creating the Unnecessary problems. So I fight with my family member's and friends. My Family members and all of my Relatives are complaint to the police against on me and Sent me out from my Home, but Later only i came to know everything (Checking my Behavior, Following me Everywhere and Creating Unnecessary Problems, Interrupt my Career) is did by L&T Infotech IT Director(V.K Magapu) and Management.

After 2012 July I (Baskaran Paramasivam) faced many and many problems officially and personally, there is a no words to tell about my problems. Now i felt health wise i am in very week, I checked my health
condition to the doctor and i get the feedback from the doctor, My Heart Condition is very week i may get Heart Problems at anytime, I am ready to Submit my Medical Certificate.

Last 2 Year's I (Baskaran Paramasivam) am in too much pressure mentally, I am writing this E-mail with my heavy Heart Pain and with my tears.

I (Baskaran Paramasivam) thought L&T Infotech is a Corporate company and Larsen & Toubro having many business but now only i came to know their Very Worst Criminal Activities, without concentrating their business Finding any Innocent people like me and Creating the Problems and Playing game to their Life.

Here I (Baskaran Paramasivam) am mentioning only for the few things And I am ready to come anywhere and Will Submit the Proper Evidence Against on the L&T Infotech.

My Biggest Lifetime Mistakes is I Unfortunately Joined the Criminal Company Larsen & Toubro Infotech.

I am not able to eat properly and I can't sleep well. My Happy and peace completely gone away from me.

I AM NOT INTERESTED TO LIVE MY LIFE. I DON'T KNOW GOD IS THERE ARE NOT?

Hello - This has more details of my complaint posted already. In first part of year 2012, while I was in an assignment, L&T Infotech insisted me to get transferred to USA as Sr. Business Development Manager. They processed my L1A visa and scheduled my travel to USA on 05 May 2012. All of a sudden, around 3rd May 2012, Mr. VK Magapu the then CEO of the Co urgently called for a meeting with me on 04 May 2012 and cancelled my assignment without assigning any logical reasons. But in the following week, I was offered a consulting assignment by the company, the management was pressuring me to take this up. I know it is illegal to travel on L1A Visa (multi-national executive transfer category) and illegal to work at client site with L1A Visa. I have refused it. The game here is that it is easy to get L1 visa as opposed to H1B visa so they can abuse my given L1A visa. L&T Infotech already had vengeance on me as I have pointed out that they have already sent me to UK illegally using lower role in visa documents. They have earlier sent me to USA on a shorter trip on H1B visa and did not give me the paystub, it is illegal.
After this incident, I was harassed & forced to quit the company. The company has just paid 25% of my owed performance bonus. Had I performed that worst, why did the fraud management of this company processed very higher category visa and assigned me to higher position? I have sent a legal notice and received a ### response from this company. I am still fighting, filed a complaint US consulate / Immigration authorities. I know for sure this company & its fraud management will be put in big time trouble. I have also filed a complaint with ministry of Labour India, MOL assigned Maharashtra state labour commissioner to enquire this case. Trust that MOL also will take action on this fraud company & rogue management. Through all of these complaints, I firstly seek an open apology from Mr. AM Naik & his friend / subordinate Mr. VK Magapu and eventually a right compensation for going through the mental torture.
