Livekoiforsale Don't waste money. Their products are terrible and defective

Guys, be careful and don’t buy from Livekoiforsale. I have bought from them, but when I got this product, it was defective and useless. I found their phone number, but it was fake. It simply didn’t exist. I was so angry and decided to check their other contact details, but this information was also wrong. They posted wrong info on purpose, so all their customers couldn’t complain about their bad services and products.

I purchased 75 koi from livekoiforsale.com. There was dozens of dead fish on arrival, and only 13 fish out of 75 survived ! Says will refund, but that's been months ago...There wasn't 2 cup fulls of water for all those fish, and they were starved for air..

Half of the fish were dead and the rest died with in the day.They appeared to have fungus on them as well. I am still waiting for a refund three weeks later.

Livekoiforsale The seller sold me the dead fish

I have bought live fish from Livekoiforsale. I have paid $90 for the fish and delivery, but the delivery man gave me the fish, it was already dead. He told me to contact the company, if I wasn’t satisfied with something. And I of course contacted them. But the seller was very wry guy and he told me that he didn’t want to refund, because I could kill the fish on purpose. He didn’t want to be responsible for it.

Absolutely not true. I have been in the fish business for 30 plus years and have never told a customer something that obsurd. Customer service is priority one. We value our customers and bend over backwards to make sure they have a great experience. Ordering fish is supposed to be fun! Honestly the only thing I can figure is that this guy has us mixed up with some other company.
