IOLO System Mechanic / US Tech Support review: Premium services / professional support

Have been with Iolo services and US Tech services for several years w/o any issues.. My last experience with US tech services started on Oct 6,2022, I called Iolo for remote technical service, I was assigned a Technician who stated his name as Mr. Alan employee ID number E57846 CCNA Network Technician... He scanned my computer, said my computer was "infected", supposedly got rid of the infection, He wanted to continue with my computer, but I was not going to be available for the weekend, we we rescheduled to started the remote session on Oct 11... He even sent me updates from Iolo Technologies, (which in the end were faked with the Iolo technologies logo) He told me my drivers were "out dated" and said he needed to update my drivers with software that needed to be purchased at Best Buy, but Best Buy didn't carry the driver I needed, so He found them on Ebay and showed me the drivers... (Stupid and gullible) after 3 days of of him supposedly "working on my computer, I got caught up in an Ebay gift card purchase scam...
