My wife booked a ticket online from Cape Town to king Williams town yesterday. Her bus was scheduled to depart at 7pm, unfortunately she could make time to Cape Town station as she was delayed from her work as her employers did not let her go on time. I was on a bus from Cape Town to Queenstown. The bus got stuck after Paarl because the card for passing a toll gate was not loaded. I have had enough of this bus. I will not be traveling with this bus anymore. It's useless. The thing is, the other busses. Intercape is a choice. I choose intercape, only God knows why. Because every single time I travel with this bus. I experience the worst of services. The last time, I was stuck in some weigh bridge for 3 hours. I'm a Christian but today I could swear at someone. Close the company. I am begging you. Please find other jobs. This is not it. And don't call me to follow up. This is total nonsense. Do not call me
