Incomm Gift card
I bought a $500 gift card at CVS. Incomm is the Vendor that sells and administers these cards. When I came home and opened the package, I sq that the card was tampered. I called Incomm. They told me that the money was still on the card. So they froze the card and said they will send me a new one within 2 weeks. Incomm case ID: [protected].
It has been more than two months. I have not received the replacement card. Moreover, no one from Incomm ever replies to my emails and inquiries.
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: Send me my replacement card plus interest.

I received a vanilla gift card for 150.00. I can’t activate this card. Looking on the web I am not the only one. Paid for! If someone activates the card, there’s no money it’s empty!
People wait over four hours to talk to someone, never answered!
Cards are distributed by InComm Financial Services, which is licensed as a Money Transmitter by the New York Department of Financial Services.
If you can do anything it would be appreciated.
