In October 2022 in response to an ad on the pages of Japanese Car Trade, I negotiated the purchase of a 2016 Mitsubishi Fuso Freezer Truck from INC Corporation for use in food business in Jamaica. The truck eventually arrived last week on February16/23 and broker began the process of getting delivery of the truck from the wharf. She quickly ran into a problem when it was noticed the Chassis Number is a duplicate from some other vehicle and that there was no ATJ Certificate in the bundle of documents received from INC Corporation.

I immediately texted a message to INC Corporation to enquire about these matters and after initially playing ignorant about the ATJ Certificate, the salesperson is no longer responding to my messages or answering his telephone when I call. Please help me in recovering my money. I am not rich and cannot afford to lose so much money to a fraudulent operator. Please note also that I had previously complained to Japanese Car Trade about the business practices of this company when they refused to return my money after they're falsely misrepresenting ownership of a truck that I initially thought that they owned and that I had bought from them.

Please check the records of these pages to remind yourself of my previous complaint about this company. Finally, I am requesting that steps be taken by Japanese Car Trade to prevent this company from defrauding and abusing other customers. I am also asking for your advice as to what I should be doing about a truck I cannot remove from the wharf and how to proceed forward to retrieve my money. Since then my experience with this seller has been nothing short of a nightmare. Even today, months after I had previously written a complained to you at Japanese Car Trade to ask for your help, the matter is still not resolved. On many occasions, INC Corporation has refused to return my money and now they claim that they have shipped a truck to me on Dec. 20/22, but when asked they cannot provide the Bill of Laden, or the Container number for a Container that was supposed to have been shipped to me on December 20/22 via Maersk NAVIOS DELIGHT that departed from Maersk Yokohama Terminal on Dec 20/22.

IN fact tis is the second time I am contacting you on this matter because I am not a rich person and cannot replace the money I spent for the truck. I am therefore requesting your urgent and immediate help as this matter stands to cripple my business before it even begins in earnest. Please Note that I am also convinced that this company is a fraud and a scammer and will not easily repay my money. You will therefore have to work very hard to retrieve my money.
