Inbox Pays Unauthorized credit charge

My name is Shannon besse. I believe you may have charged my account. My bank account. This has accumulated fines for my account. I am not sure how this happened. I don't know who to contact. I have the check number and amount charged. My phone number is [protected], [protected]. I cannot afford this. And I did not sign up for it. It was on June 16 in the evening and for the amount of 128.94. I need this returned to my account asap. I cannot afford this. Or the charges accrued. Please contact me either via email or phone, if I can do anything to expedite this action. Thank you

Inbox Pays Account not being credited.

My Inbox Pay account is not being crefited for the surveys/offers I participate in. They show up as being approved but the payment for each survey/offer is not being credited to my account. You have to have $50 in your wallet in order to request a payout via Paypal. When I reached $38.45 I stopped receiving credits for completed surveys/offers.

I opened up 3 tickets with their support department and have gotten no response at all. Within a week of submitting each ticket they end up closing the ticket with no response.
