Very disappointed in Houzz. At one time I would sing their praises but at $400 a month for hardly any leads, software upgrades that we already have in house and worst of all predatory renewal policy.
You must must must pay attention to the renewal date.
Companies with policies like this are the reason why states like NY and CA have new laws on the books. They keep claiming that they sent me the contract I signed with this renewal practice - after 2-3 weeks now I have yet to see it. The CA law is very clear about notification in a different font and within time to cancel before renewal.
I just can't believe that this is the same company that I have urged other trades to join.
Unless you want a life time subscription don't join
Desired outcome: Let me cancel and do not bill me as I can't even access the Houzz account.

I signed up for the Houzz Pro lead generating service for 1 year at a cost of $2,390. At the end of the one year cycle and having received no viable leads I decided to cancel this service. I called them and instructed them to cancel on 12-20-21. I was told by the person I was speaking with that they would contact my account manager and it would be taken...
